Smoked Craft BBQ is our in-house caterer.  We provide BBQ dinners as an option with some of our shows. Others may have an ala carte menu available. Smoked provides small-batch craft BBQ meaning we take the time to do what most others don’t. We use only the finest meats and ingredients. We brine and marinate our meats then slow-smoke them on a variety of hardwoods creating a unique flavor profile.  Our sides are all made from scratch and time-tested by generations in Texas.
